I feel that this week in particular I have cool, mind-healing and soul-challenging stuff to share, so here they are:
To read
For a warm feeling under your skin, like always you can trust Frederik Backman. Anxious People is quirky and fun and sad and special. I loved it.

Not a fun read, indeed, but such an important one, a book (Consent: A memoir, by Vanessa Springora) that impacted me in more ways than I can even begin to describe. When and if my thoughts on this book will be less chaotic, I shall write specifically about it. Meanwhile, considering the trigger warning on sexual abuse, this is not just a book, but a detailed radiography on how an abuser acts, how the society frequently defends the abuser, how devastating is an abuse during childhood-adolescence, how healing can be obtained.
To listen
It was only a matter of time until Esther Perel´s masterclasses appeared again in my recommendations :=) She recently launched one of her amazing books in Spain and thus was interviewed in one of the most popular podcasts in Spain, so do yourself a favor and listen to her. Again and again.

You always have to listen to Kings of Leon, right? They´re back:
To see
I read about Escapista in a newsletter and it was a great discovery. You can choose a channel and wander in an ambiental video which relaxes you instantly. Give it a try!
A sad movie which in the end will actually make you laugh until your cheeks will hurt like crazy:

Be good, do good and have a great week!
